PROPOSAL: Prepare a detailed proposal. Outline how your organization can contribute to Ziingo’s work including specific activities, resources or funding you can provide. Highlight the mutual benefits and the expected outcomes of the partnership.
COLLABORATION PLAN: Develop a collaboration plan that outlines the roles, responsibilities and expectations of each partner. Define the scope of the partnership including the duration, desired outcomes and evaluation methods.
NEGOTIATE AND FINALIZE THE AGREEMENT: Once Ziingo expresses interest in partnering, enter into negotiations with us to finalize the partnership agreement. This may involve discussions on roles, responsibilities, financial commitments and any other legal or administrative requirements.
IMPLEMENT AND MONITOR: Once the partnership agreement is finalized, start implementing the planned activities. Regularly monitor and evaluate the progress of the partnership, ensuring that both parties are fulfilling their commitments. Mantain open communication channels to address any challenges or concerns that may arise.
